I am Marc Anderson, a Design Leader and Product Designer in Seattle, Washington.

I am a curious and meticulous individual who explores the relationships people have with technology.

I am in constant pursuit of growth, actively seeking opportunities to broaden my capabilities, perspective, and understanding of the world around me.

Everything I make is in service of human beings, and built with a desire to make their lives just a little bit easier and more enjoyable.I began my career in New York City, starting as a digital designer at Digitas LBi.

I later specialized in mobile web and app design for the LABS group at Mcgarrybowen's New York office, and later broadened my focus to explore all aspects of emerging experience design.

After Mcgarrybowen I became a product designer at Fantasy Interactive in New York, where my responsibilities included visual and interactive design for websites, digital platforms, and mobile apps.

At Fantasy I advanced from the role of Product Designer to Design Director, managing the human-centered visual design, product design, and user experience activities of the New York Office’s creative team of ten.

I left Fantasy in 2016 to found Rainfall, a full-service creative agency which offered human-centered website, digital platform, and mobile app design and development. Rainfall was founded in New York, but I later moved its headquarters to Seattle. I served as Rainfall’s CEO and Design Director, managing all aspects of the business and the creative team.

I then joined the Product Design team at PitchBook in Seattle, where I lead multiple platform initiatives related to Private Equity and Credit on the platform.

I have worked with clients large and small, including The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, WheelsUp, JPMorgan Chase, SEMAData, Ferragamo, Armani, Reebok, and United Airlines.

Rainfall and I have received multiple design and development awards, including FastCompany’s Innovation By Design Award, multiple Awwwards, and multiple awards from TheFWA.

I have also had my work and opinions published in multiple magazines, including Print, Communication Arts, Baseline, FastCompany, Wired, and Architectural Record.
